Scope of Work:

·         Microsoft 365 Business License online Services configuration

·         Setup overview for business admins

·         Verify the domains you want to use with your subscription.

·         Configure your Microsoft 365 subscription.

·         Setup accounts and mailboxes

·         Add users and assign the appropriate licenses.

·         Migration from Existing hosting to Microsoft 365 

v Required information & Terms as per below to proceed with Microsoft 365 & Email Migration

·          Domain name, username & password to configure Microsoft 365 admin portal.

·          Existing Server SMTP/POP3/IMAP address.

·          Username & password of existing users might be required for email migration.

·          During configuration, there will be a DNS records propagation time from 2 hrs. – 4 hrs. The best time for migration would be during off-peak hours.

·          During data migration there will be downtime for email for a few hours.

·          Migration Timeline depends on the entire data size and internet bandwidth.

·          .pst file must be provided by the Customer.

·         Note:

v   We recommend backing up the entire data before moving to new services.

v   Aryan InfoTech will not be responsible for any data loss due to viruses, natural disasters, Power failure, hardware failure, Mishandling & Ransomware.
